Traveling Pea Policies

1. Shipping

(Pre-Made Products) - Traveling Pea products are shipped via standard USPS ground services from Colorado. Please refer to check out process to calculate your shipping costs based on packaging and destination. All shipping prices are based on the USPS current rates. We only accept orders from the US.

Please note, FREE SHIPPING on any Pluggy purchase.

(Custom Products) - Our custom products are made to order. Please allow approximately six to eight weeks for product to be completed and shipped.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Unused pre-made products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please send back item to the below address with proof of product receipt or online confirmation. We will refund your card or give you a Traveling Pea credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We unfortunately do not accept returns on any custom made product except if the product arrives damaged.

3. Payments

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, money orders and cashier's checks. Cash and personal checks are only accepted via home party purchase.

We take your right to privacy seriously and will not sell, exchange, or disclose any information to anyone unless required by law. All information requested on our website is used for the sole purpose of activating and approving your requested purchase (s).
